System not cooling properly. Performed diagnostic and found filter impacted, see attached pictures and water in float safety switch. Cheaked pressures, amps and electrical connections. System has 20 degree split, customer said filter is getting more dirty than before they replaced system. Cleaned drain line as at no charge seeing that system has not had annual maintenance.

Diagnostic Found to be low refrigerant causing low pressure switch/ freezing over, causing water to condensate on AH panel. Customer wants to call original company that installed the unit for repairs.
